Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased for the Department of Health and
Community Services to pre-commit the following amounts, excluding HST, against
its budgetary appropriations: $4.68 million in fiscal year 2026-27, $4.86 million in
fiscal year 2027-28, and $4.98 million in fiscal year 2028-29, to facilitate the
extension of the Newfoundland and Labrador Prescription Drug Program Real Time
Claim Adjudication System Service Agreement with Bell Canada.
