Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(f) and section 8 of the Financial Administration
Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to make the completion of Fraud
Management Training mandatory for all employees of Government Departments,
Crown Corporations and Agencies, Boards and Commissions.
