Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased for the Department of Transportation and

Infrastructure to pre-commit the amount of $51,902.00, excluding HST, against its

budgetary appropriations in each of the fiscal years 2026-27 through 2030-31, to

facilitate the renewal of Lease No. ARO15002 with Goose Real Estate Limited for

3,389 square feet of operational space at 47 Major Street, in Roddickton.
