Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased for the Department of Transportation and
Infrastructure to pre-commit funds in the amount of $7,239,772, excluding HST,
against its budgetary appropriations in fiscal year 2027-28, to facilitate the award of
a two-year contract to JCL Investments Inc. for the Deer Lake Tailrace Bridge
replacement project.
