Under the authority of paragraph 16(2)(c) of the Provincial Court Act, 1991, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Judge Lynn E. Cole, President

of the Newfoundland and Labrador Association of Provincial Court Judges, as a

member of the Judicial Council of the Provincial Court of Newfoundland and Labrador,

for the duration of her term as President, effective immediately.
