Under the authority of subsection 68 of the Income Tax Act, 2000, the Lieutenant-
Governor in Council is pleased to make the “Income Supplement and Seniors’
Benefit Regulations (Amendment), a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the
Executive Council.
