Income Tax Act, 2000
Under the authority of sections 21.1 and 68 of the Income Tax Act, 2000, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to make regulations titled “Low Income
Tax Reduction Regulations for the 2025 and 2026 Taxation Years”, a copy of which
is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
