Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased for the Department of Transportation and

Infrastructure to pre-commit funds in the amount of $88,415, excluding HST,

annually against its budgetary appropriations in each of fiscal years 2026-27, 2027-

28, 2028-29, 2029-30 and 2030-31, to facilitate the renewal of a lease agreement

with CCA Management Inc. for 13,294 square feet of operational space at 26-30

Manitoba Drive, Clarenville.
