Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased for the Department of Government
Services to pre-commit funds up to $25,000 (excluding HST), against its budgetary
appropriations for fiscal year 2027-28 to facilitate the execution of service
agreements with the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario for
administrative and operational support.
