Corporations Act
Under the authority of OC2011-130 and subsection 175(3) of the Corporations Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Karen Sherriffs as a City of St.
John's Representative to the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador
Sports Centre Inc., for a three-year term, effectively immediately.
