Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 148 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act, 2022, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is

pleased to:

a) appoint Darren Roberts (Chairperson), Doug Youden (Vice-Chairperson),

Bernadette Coffey Sobol, Bob Fiander, and Heather Stamp as members of the

2026 Workers’ Compensation Statutory Review Committee;

b) fix the quorum for meetings of the 2026 Workers’ Compensation Statutory

Review Committee to be three members;

c) fix remuneration for members at Level II Rates of the Guidelines for Rates of

Remuneration for Boards, Commissions and Agencies; and

d) set March 31, 2027 as the date the 2026 Workers’ Compensation Statutory

Review Committee shall report or make its recommendations to the Lieutenant-

Governor in Council.
