Expropriation Act
Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant-
Governor in Council is pleased for the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure
to dispose of 0.676 hectares of surplus land located on Confederation Drive, Comer
Brook, though a public disposal process, subject to the terms and conditions
prescribed by the Minister.
