Under the authority of sections 15 and 16 of the Hydro Corporation Act, 2024 and in

accordance with paragraph 9(2)(b) of the Independent Appointments Commission

Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Maureen Ryan KC as

Director and Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and

Labrador Hydro-Electric Corporation, effective immediately, in accordance with

Terms and Conditions on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council
