Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in

Council is pleased to establish the Churchill River Negotiations Oversight

Committee, in accordance with Terms of Reference on file with the Clerk of the

Executive Council, effective immediately, with membership as follows:

a) Dan Levert, as Chairperson;

b) Julia Mullaley; and

c) Mike Jardine.
