Under the authority of section 37 of the Mineral Act and paragraph 21(l)(a) and

section 22 of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council

is pleased to appoint and reappoint the following individuals to the Mineral Rights

Adjudication Board, for a three-year term, effective from a current date:

Appointments:

a) Liam O’Brien, as Chairperson;

b) Nancy Normore, as Member; and

Reappointment:

c) Michael Regular, as Member.
