Under the authority of section 28 of the Provincial Court Act, 1991, the Lieutenant-

Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals to the Salary and

Benefits Tribunal, for a four-year term, effective June 1,2026:

a) Colin Feltham KC, designated by the Minister of Justice and Public Safety;

b) Ian Patey KC, designated by the Newfoundland and Labrador Association

Provincial Court Judges; and

c) Daniel Simmons KC as Chairperson, designated by the judicial nominee and the

ministerial nominee.
