Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of subsection 38(2) of the Financial Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council hereby approves the creation of a sinking fund

for the Debenture of Series 7U, maturing June 2, 2036, by payment annually

or before June 2 in each of the years 2027 to 2035, inclusive, out of the

Consolidated Revenue Fund of an amount not less than two and one-half percent

(2.50%) of the aggregate principal amount of Debentures of Series 7U outstanding

on the date thereof.
