Hydro Corporation Act, 2024
Under the authority of subsections 11(1) and 13(1) of the Hydro Corporation Act,
2024 and subsection 245(2) of the Corporations Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in
Council hereby directs the Board of Directors of Newfoundland and Labrador
Hydro-Electric Corporation to absorb the cost of the 2006 General Rate
Application Deferral Rate Subsidy to July 1,2028.
