Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of section 20 of the Financial Administration Act, section 9 of the
Executive Council Act, and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor
in Council is pleased to appoint Patrick Morrissey as Comptroller General of
Finance, in the Treasury Board Secretariat, Office of the Executive Council, effective
July 1, 2026, at his current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation
Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to
Executive to apply.
