Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Valerie Snow

as Chief Executive Officer of the Multi-Materials Stewardship Board, on an acting

basis, in addition to her duties as Deputy Minister of the Department of Environment,

Conservation and Climate Change, effective July 1, 2026, at her current salary and

point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and

general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
