Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of subsection 36(1) of the Human Rights Act, 2010 and in

accordance with paragraph 21(2)(a) of the Public Service Commission Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to make the following reappointments to the

Human Rights Commission Panel of Adjudicators, for a three-year term, effective from

a current date:

a) Brodie Gallant, as Chief Adjudicator;

b) Rodney Zdebiak KC, as Adjudicator; and

c) Daniel Glover, as Adjudicator.
