Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of subsection 357(2) of the Corporations Act and upon the

report of the Attorney General, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to

authorize the disposition of real property located at 54 Prince William Drive,

Placentia, and formerly owned by Greene’s Department Store Limited, a dissolved

corporation, as described in documents on file with the Clerk of the Executive

Council, to First Choice Furniture and Flooring Ltd., for the consideration of $1.00,

in a form to be approved by the Department of Justice and Public Safety, on

conditions that the Attorney General may determine.
