Child and Youth Advocate Act
Under the authority of sections 4 and 9 of the Child and Youth Advocate Act, in
accordance with section 4 of the Independent Appointments Commission Act,
and on resolution of the House of Assembly, the Lieutenant-Governor in
Council is pleased to appoint Wilma MacInnis as the Child and Youth
Advocate, for a six-year term, effective June 15, 2026, with salary at Step 14 on
the EP-10 pay scale, and with normal step progressions and general salary
increases to apply.
