Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of subsections 4(3) and 4(5) of the Private Training Institutions Act,

section 3.1 of the Private Training Institutions Regulations, and in accordance with sections

21 and 22 of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is

pleased to appoint and reappoint the following individuals to the Board of Directors of the

Private Training Corporation, for a three-year term, effective from a current date:

Reappointments:

a) Serge Cormier as owner or operator of a private training institution representative and

Vice-Chairperson;

b) Jennifer Quilliam as Department of Finance representative;

c) Tracy Stamp as Department of Education and Early Childhood Development

representative;

Appointments:

d) Scott Pelley as the Newfoundland and Labrador Association of Career Colleges

representative;

e) Terry Inder as community representative and Chairperson; and

f) Habibur Shohagh as community representative.
