Hydro Corporations Act and Corporations Act
Under the authority of subsection 13(1) of the Hydro Corporation Act, 2024 and
subsections 245(1), (2), and (8) of the Corporations Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in
Council is pleased to direct the Board of Directors of Newfoundland and Labrador
Hydro to take all measures necessary to effect the termination of the 2018 Bay du
Nord Framework Agreement.
