Oil and Gas Corporation Act
Under the authority of subsection 12(3) of the Oil and Gas Corporation Act and in
accordance with paragraph 9(2)(b) of the Independent Appointments Commission
Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to confirm the appointment of
Jim Keating as Chief Executive Officer of the Oil and Gas Corporation of Newfoundland
and Labrador.
