Under the authority of section 11 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant-

Governor in Council is pleased for the Premier and the Minister of Energy and Mines,

to execute a letter or letters to the Proponents (Equinor Canada Limited and BP

Canada Energy Group ULC) of the Bay du Nord Project relating to the transshipment

requirement in section 4.10 of the Bay du Nord Benefits Agreement, substantially

along the lines as on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
