Executive Council Act and Petroleum and Natural Gas Act
Under the authority of section 11 of the Executive Council Act and section 33 of the
Petroleum and Natural Gas Act and further to OC2018-136, the Lieutenant-Governor
in Council is pleased for the Premier and the Minister of Energy and Mines, as
appropriate, to terminate the 2018 Bay du Nord Framework Agreement with Equinor
Canada Ltd., BP Canada Energy Group ULC and Nalcor Energy - Oil and Gas Inc.
