Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 7 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council hereby:

a) establishes the membership for the Cabinet Committee on Conception Bay North

Response and Recovery, effective February 20, 2026, as follows:

i) Minister of Finance, as Chairperson;

ii) Minister of Forestry, Agriculture and Lands;

iii) Minister of Housing; and

iv) Minister of Municipal and Community Affairs; and

b) revokes OC2025-344, effective February 20, 2026.
