Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act and the

Prerogative of the Crown, to restructure the Department of Health and Community

Services, effective August 3, 2026, to consist of all those functions formerly within

the Department of Health and Community Services, with five branches as follows:

a) Corporate Services, Governance and Accountability,

b) Mental Health and Addictions,

c) Population Health,

d) Regional Services, and

e) Professional Services and Workforce Planning.
