Under the authority of subsection 4(2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor is pleased to authorize the Minister of Municipal and Intergovernmental Affairs to issue a Crown land grant comprising an area of land not exceeding 71.6 hectares, as defined in application E-145521, to Brad Roberts Developments Inc. for the purpose of a residential subdivision in the Town of Spaniard’s Bay, subject to the terms and conditions usually applicable to such grants.
