Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Nena Abundo
as Associate Deputy Minister of the Department of Energy and Mines, effective
August 3, 2026, with salary at Step 18 of the 1988 Point Scale on the Executive
Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases
applicable to Executive to apply.
