Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Lynn Taylor as

Deputy Minister of the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts and Recreation, on an

acting basis, effective August 10, 2026, with salary at Step 12 of the 2320 Point Scale

on the Executive Compensation Plan for the duration of this acting appointment only,

with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to

apply.
