Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Gillian Sweeney
as Associate Deputy Minister of the Department of Health and Community Services,
effective August 7, 2026, with salary at Step 21 of the 1988 Point Scale on the
Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary
increase applicable to Executive to apply.
