Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Judith Hearn

as Deputy Minister of K-12 Education, in the Department of Education and Early

Childhood Development, on an acting basis, in addition to her duties as Deputy

Minister of Advanced Education and Skills, in the Department of Education and Early

Childhood Development, effective May 25, 2026, with no change in salary as a result

of this additional assignment. (Revoked by OC2026-100)
