Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Brian Evans as
Assistant Deputy Minister, Air and Marine Services, in the Department of
Transportation and Infrastructure, on an acting basis, in addition to his duties as
Associate Deputy Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure, effective August 3,
2026, with no change in salary as a result of this additional assignment.
