Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint
Dr. Daryl Whelan as Assistant Deputy Minister, Aquaculture, in the Department of Fisheries
and Aquaculture, effective August 3, 2026, with salary at Step 33 of the 1450 Point
Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general
salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
