Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Erin Ballah as
Assistant Deputy Minister, Mental Health and Addictions, in the Department of
Health and Community Services, effective August 31, 2026, with salary at Step 14 of
the 1500 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step
progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
