Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Pam Barnes as

Assistant Deputy Minister, Population Health, in the Department of Health and

Community Services, effective August 7, 2026, with salary at Step 14 of the 1500

Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and

general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
