Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Kelly Day as

Assistant Deputy Minister, Trade Policy, within the Intergovernmental Affairs

Secretariat, Office of the Executive Council, effective August 3, 2026, with salary at

Step 16 of the 1500 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal

step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
