Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mark Janes as

Assistant Deputy Minister, Strategic and Corporate Services, in the Department of

Transportation and Infrastructure, effective August 3, 2026, at his current salary and

point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and

general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
