Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Erin Delaney
as Assistant Deputy Minister, Human Resources, in the Treasury Board Secretariat,
effective August 3, 2026, with salary at Step 31 of the 2128 Point Scale on the
Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary
increases applicable to Executive to apply, and with benefits to include payment of
annual practice fees in the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador.
