Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 5 of the Public Service Commission Act and paragraph
9(2)(b) of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor
in Council is pleased to appoint Kendra Wright as Member of the Newfoundland
and Labrador Public Service Commission, on an acting basis, effective August 3,
2026, with salary at Step 24 on the 2056 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation
Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to
Executive to apply, and with benefits to include payment of annual practice fees in
the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador.
