Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Health and

Community Services to pre-commit the following amounts against its budgetary

appropriations: $470,490 in fiscal year 2027-28, and $484,605 in fiscal year 2028-29,

excluding HST, to facilitate a three-year agreement with the Canadian Institute for

Health Information.
