Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased for the Department of Transportation and

Infrastructure to pre-commit against its budgetary appropriations the following

amounts: $80,000 in each of fiscal years 2027-28 through 2030-31, and $20,000 in

fiscal year 2031-32, excluding HST, to facilitate the renewal of Lease No. ASP 14001

with Noble’s Construction Limited for 7,149 square feet of operational space at 395

Little Bay Road, Springdale.
