Under the authority of section 19 of the Endangered Species Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased for the Minister of Forestry,

Agriculture and Lands to issue an Economic Activity Permit to the Natural

Forces Development Limited Partnership and Nunatsiavut Government, to

engage in activities associated with the Nain Wind Micro-Grid Project that

may affect species designated and listed under the Endangered Species Act,

their residence, or critical or recovery habitat, substantially along the lines

on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
