Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to move that Her Honour
the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province,
appoint Lloyd Parrott as Minister Responsible for Red Tape Reduction, Minister of
Government Services, Minister of Labour, and Minister Responsible for
WorkplaceNL, in addition to his duties as Minister of Energy and Mines and
Government House Leader, with effect from August 20, 2026.
