Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to move that Her Honour
the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province,
appoint Christopher Tibbs as Minister of Social Supports and Well-Being, Minister
of Housing, Minister of Poverty Reduction, and Minister Responsible for the Status
of Persons with Disabilities, with effect from August 20, 2026.
