Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to move that Her Honour
the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province,
confirm the appointment of Lela Margaret Ann Evans as Minister of Labrador
Affairs, Minister of Indigenous Relations and Reconciliation, and Minister of Women
and Gender Equality, with effect from August 20, 2026.
