Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint
Jeannine Herritt as Deputy Minister of the Department of Social Supports and Well-Being,
effective August 24, 2026, at her current salary and point scale on the Executive
Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases
applicable to Executive to apply.
